Enrolment

Mail and Fax Enrolments will be processed from
Tuesday July 6 2010.
The Office will be open to the public for personal enrolments and phone enquiries from 9 AM on Monday July 12 2010 .

Many courses will be booked out with mail/fax applications, so anyone wishing to secure a place in a particular course is advised to apply in this way.
Please note that the Office is not open on Fridays.

As class sizes are limited, enrolments will be accepted in the order they are received.

Refunds and Concessions

Refund Policy

When a student withdraws, refunds of student fees are considered only if it has been possible to replace the student in the class, or if withdrawal is received one week prior to the course commencement date.

When MRFEC cancels a class full refunds are automatic

Concessions

Full time students, pensioners, registered unemployed and healthcare card holders are eligible for a concession of 15% of the course fee.

To qualify you must provide proof of eligibility.

Concessions apply to all courses other than single session and one-day course

Watch for this symbol throughout the brochure. These courses are funded by the Adult, Community and Further Education Board to provide pathways to employment and further education. However for persons with a hardship case wanting to attend please contact the Centre Office. It is the centre policy not to disadvantage any learner.

Securing Jobs for Your Future - Skills for Victoria is a Victorian Government initiative to improve and refocus the training system. Many changes come into effect on July 2009.

GST and Course Fees

Courses marked with an asterisk * after the Course Fee attract the GST and the GST is included in the fee.

# Please note that there are changes to the Concession fees for ACFE funded courses.

If you are the holder of one of the following concession cards: Commonwealth Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession Card or Veteran's Gold Card, then you only pay a maximum of $53 for up to forty hours of tuition in a calendar year. Please note that if you doing more than forty hours of tuition there is a Student Amenities Fee of $15.00 per course, unless otherwise stated. If you would like a copy of the Ministerial Direction on Fees and Charges then please enquire at the Centre Office.
